Shipping We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and internationally. Please email orders@qualiteesplus.com for international shipping instructions. On average, most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days. Please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to be delivered. Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment. Orders are shipped Priority Mail (via the US Postal Service) and usually take 3 - 4 days for delivery. In addition to being delivered Priority Mail, we also use delivery confirmation via the United States Postal Service. The US Postal Service has been and remains the best, most convenient, and most reliable means of package delivery. Most delivery problems occur for reasons other than Postal Service error.
All orders are automatically sent Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We track and verify the delivery of every order we send via the US Postal Service.
QualiteesPlus.com is not responsible for undelivered orders that are reported to us when the Postal Service's shipping and tracking system shows a completed and successful package delivery.
United States: $5.60 for the first item. Add $1.50 per additional item purchased within the same order.
Rush Shipping (Special Delivery)
Rush shipping is also available. Overnight shipping, Fed Ex shipping, etc., will be provided on an individual basis. Please contact us with your request wecare@qualiteesplus.com .
Care and Washing Instructions
Proper care will extend the life of your T-shirt. The following suggestions will help preserve your garment:
Wash inside-out in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or any other harsh chemicals. Tumble dry in low heat inside-out. It is suggested to lay flat to dry, or air dry. Do not hang dry t-shirts. If ironing is desired, then iron shirt inside-out, but do not iron directly on the printed image, but instead around print (inside-out). It's recommended that you use low heat and steam when ironing.
Shrinkage
Most tees will experience a little shrinkage over time after repeated washing. Since we use only quality garments, they should not shrink "out of size". In other words, a 3XL shirt shouldn't shrink down to a 1XL shirt, and a medium shirt shouldn't shrink down to a small shirt after a few washes.
Returns
Items can be exchanged (No Refunds) within 10 days of purchase. We Do Not Pay Shipping charges on Exchanges. Books, CD, DVD, and close-out items cannot be exchanged.
Note: No merchandise will be exchanged after 10 days of original purchase. Exchanges will only occur after the original merchandise has been returned with appropriate shipping cost paid.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of merchandise being exchanged. Items exchanged must be in it's original (New) condition, or the exchange cannot be honored.
No merchandise will be accepted for exchange with out a return merchandise authorization (RMA). For a return merchandise authorization email us at wecare@qualiteesplus.com
